Op de Grand Pasar presenteren de Filipijnen zich met een fototentoonstelling over hun rijke culinaire geschiedenis. De tentoonstelling, Kulinarya, a Guide to Philippine Food, (stand 1213) toont de ontwikkeling van de Filipijnse keuken.
KULINARYA is based on a book of the same title written by Ms. Michaela Fenix, one of the Philippines’ most respected food writers. Chef Myrna Segismundo, one of the books contributors and known for her passion for traditional Filipino cooking will be in The Hague together with Chef Raul Ramos and Chef Jill Sandique from 10 to 16 June 2017 to conduct a talk and cooking demo with food tasting that best represents Filipino dishes.
