House rules
- Please join our waste-free cup swapping system for a more sustainable TTF.
- Cans and glass bottles are not allowed.
- TTF does not sell alcohol to under-18s.
- Smoking is only allowed outside, on the open-air terraces.
- No pets allowed (except assistance dogs such as guide dogs).
- TTF does not tolerate disruptive behaviour, sexual harassment, violence, and racism.
- Admission tickets cannot be rebooked or cancelled.
- No refunds on admission tickets.
- Visitors may be photographed or filmed. TTF always reserves the right to use this material free of publishing rights.
- Recording images and/or sound for professional or commercial use is only allowed with the prior written permission from TTF’s management.
- TTF is not liable for personal injury, loss and/or damage to property.
- Where appropriate, follow the instructions of the organisation, security, and other competent authorities.
- Situations not covered by the house rules will be at the discretion of the organisation.
