Tong Tong Fair uses the Mailchimp application to send newsletters, a ticket shop to sell admission tickets for the Tong Tong Fair event, and Google Analytics to track how visitors use the website. We also use images that were taken during the Tong Tong Fair event.

Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp to send our newsletters. You will only receive the newsletter we send out periodically if you have requested it yourself. Regarding Mailchimp’s privacy policy, please refer to Mailchimp’s website. You can ask us to correct your personal data in case of incorrect information. You can also unsubscribe at any time.

Ticket shop

For the purpose of ticket sales for the Tong Tong Fair event, we have an online ticket shop. To buy an admission ticket or a multiple-days admission pass from the shop, you have to enter your name and email address. We need these details so that we can send you the admission ticket or pass by email. Your name will appear on the admission ticket. Tong Tong Fair does not store this data.

Google Analytics

Tong Tong Fair uses Google Analytics to track how visitors use the tongtongfair.nl website. Google is not authorised to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services, and IP addresses are anonymised. No personal data, such as telephone numbers or email addresses, can be traced from cookies. In addition, it is also not possible to use cookies for e-mail and telemarketing campaigns.

Images

When you visit the Tong Tong Fair event, it is possible that you may be photographed or filmed. Tong Tong Fair always reserves the right to use this material for publication, both in print and online.
